Overview

The Hammocks on Long Island Sound is a village of 53 individual custom homes with views of Long Island Sound and Clinton Harbor. Located in nearby Clinton, the Hammocks is within walking distance of the town, beaches, and local marinas.  Each home at The Hammocks is designed as an example of an historical American home style, that define the classic 19th-century New England village, and no two homes here are exactly alike. The community is made up of 13 acres of association owned land plus 50 adjacent acres of open space.

Tidewater is a similar, but slightly less expensive property adjacent to The Hammocks. The homes are a bit smaller and do not have the views, but the feel of the community is very similar.
